A pontoon has two aluminum tubes and is ideal for calm water, families, and relaxed cruising. Our 2024 Suntracker pontoon is 24 feet long with a 115hp engine and holds up to 10 passengers. A tritoon has three tubes, offering more power, better stability in chop, and a smoother ride in open water. Our 2025 SunCatcher tritoons are 22 feet with 200hp engines — significantly more powerful and stable than the pontoon.
Yes. Fuel is included in all boat rental packages — half day, full day, and multi-day. You will not be charged extra for fuel used during your rental. This is one of the things that makes Wakezone boat rentals a great value compared to other operators in the Keys who charge fuel separately.
Florida law requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 to carry a valid boater safety education certificate to operate a vessel. If you don't have one, we offer a quick on-site temporary safety test before your rental. Plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early to complete your waiver and the safety test.
